AISI304
The balls in AISI304 steel are suitable for applications in which resistance to corrosion plays an important role,whils hardness is a secondary factory.
This material universally considered non magnetic really has a very low magnetic per meability which however rises in connection with the work hardening for deformation.the magnetism can be reduced by a solution heat –treatment.
The balls in AISI304 steel are resistant to the corrosion of oxidative solutions,particularly to those produced by chemical components of organic nature ,the are resistant to water ,sea-air,inorganic and organic acids. However they are not very resistant to the attacks of sulphuric and hydrochloric acids.
The most common applications include aerosol pumps ,gardening and home sprays,guns,micro-pumps for perfume sprays,valves for medical equipment ,agricultural spraying pumps.

Hight carbon steel ball

Ball of this material have the advantage of being through hardened to HRC 60min and will take higher loads and provide longer life than case hardened carbon balls .
In addition are suitable for various industrial applications which do not need the use of higher cost chrome balls .
The most common applications include bicycle accessories, ball bearing for fumiture ,sliding guides ,hardware and fumiture fitting and conveyor rollers.
